Quinton & Angela Rowan
Lead Pastors
Pastors Quinton and Angela Rowan came to Greenwood in 2007 with a firm belief that God had called them to do something extraordinary for His Kingdom. Pastor Quinton and Angela were youth pastors for three years at Paris First Assembly and served as youth sponsors and evangelist prior to that. Their vision for Vital Church is to see a very diverse, multicultural, multi-generational church that ministers truth and life to all.

Kaylia & Audrey Vandermillion
Worship Pastors
Worship Pastors Kaylia and Audrey Vandermillion are native to Arkansas. They have served together with Lead Pastors Quinton and Angela Rowan since their marriage in May of 2008. Audrey grew up attending services in the building that now houses Vital Church. He learned to play the bass guitar at 12 years old and has played for the worship team since that time. Kaylia grew up in a Pastor's home. She has been involved in music ministry since the age of seven and has served in various positions of worship teams since she was fifteen; as well as served another areas of ministry as needed. Kaylia's vision is that anyone who enters the doors of Vital Church never leaves the way they came, and that they feel free to express their worship in an environment that invites celebration and awe of who God is.

Eric & Amelia McAllister
Youth Pastors
Youth Pastors Eric and Amelia have joined our staff to lead our students into a fresh move of the Holy Spirit. They both grew up in Greenwood and grew up attending what is now Vital Church. Before serving as Youth Pastors, they served as Youth Sponsors for many years at Vital Church. Eric and Amelia have also served other churches in the community and take pride in their previous ministry at Community Transformation Church in Paris, AR where Eric was actively involved in the worship team and the youth department. They also served for some time at Grace Community Church where Eric served the worship team and Amelia served in the Senior High Girls Ministry. Through their ministry and servantship, they grew spiritually and felt that God was calling them to serve back in their hometown - Greenwood. They love God and love people, because when people love like Jesus, hearts are transformed, and lives are changed for generations to come. Eric and Amelia's hope is that the youth sees a move of God and for our young people to walk in FREEDOM and salvation, for which Christ gave up his life. They are looking forward to bringing a fresh perspective to our students through solid teaching of the Word of God and practical application of His Word to everyday life.

Jess McMonagle
Kids Pastor
Through circumstances that were only crazy enough to be the Lord's leading, Jess and William McMonagle moved to Greenwood from Pennsylvania in 2022 with the primary focus of attending Vital Church and serving wherever necessary. Jess took on the role of Kids Pastor at the end of 2023, and her husband William steps in wherever she needs him. William does all the heavy lifting for Vital Kids, while primarily serving in the production team. Jess's desire for Vital Kids is the same as her own: that each child knows they are loved, wanted, and never too young to experience the move of the Holy Spirit.

Kimberly Carr
Nursery Coordinator
Kimberly (Kim) and her husband have been married for over 23 years. They both graduated from Van Buren High School and raised their children in Fort Smith. Kim and her family moved to Greenwood in 2021, and joined Vital Church in 2024. Along with volunteering with the kids ministry and nursery, she is currently a member of the Vital Arts team.
